Zebronics launched its all new MP3 player and is named as Zebmate Cinema 1.8. The device is mainly targeted for the music loving customers. Actually it cannot be considered a simple Music Player, but it has many other features which make the device more user friendly. This player is featured with 1.8 inch sized touchscreen which having a pixel dimension of 128×160. But the other features of the display is not yet revealed. The device comes with an internal storage of 8GB and also supports microSD card expandable up-to 16GB. It supports 3.5mm jack which helps us in connecting headphones. It is not only a music player, but also a video player that supports videos and images to view. But it only supports videos with format AMV. The audio formats supported in this player are MP3, WAV, WMA and the image formats supported are JPEG and GIF. Text files can also be viewed in this device. iBall Andi 4.3j is the first phone in India to have dual batteries

iBall has something to cheer about. It has added a new smartphone to its already existing Andi line-up called Andi 4.3j. The company is claiming that this is the first twin battery smartphone that has been released in India. Also the smartphone is budget-friendly and costs Rs. 9,499. This smartphone is a threat to the Micromax Pixel A90 dual SIM smartphone.

The Director of iBall, Sandeep Parasrampuria said “We are excited to launch for the first time in India a dual Battery smart phone. Battery backup is the major problem to the smart phone users. Realizing the high utility of smart phones, long hour chatting and longer browsing we have launched this stylish dual battery phone to provide unhindered and seamless usage.”

WickedLeak Wammy tablet series incorporates Android’s Jelly Bean OS

WickedLeak is known for manufacturing budget-specific tablets. They are now all geared to launch in the Indian market the first- Android’s Jelly Bean tablets. It has been reported that the company will be releasing in the last week of September the Wammy series tablets that will be incorporating the Android Jelly Bean OS.

This series will be including tablets with the names such as WickedLeak Wammy Ethos (priced at Rs 8,999), Wammy Plus (priced at Rs. 11,499) and Wammy 7 (priced at Rs 5,249). This range is available for sale using the company’s website with price starting from Rs 5,249.

These tablets will be featuring “1.2 GHz ARM Cortex A10 All Winner” processor and a “512 MB DDR3 RAM”. A company spokesperson explains how they zeroed in on the processor, saying “With its unmatched combination of high performance, compatibility with 3G connectivity and ultra-power consumption, the A10 chip was a natural choice for our tablets.”

The tablets are equipped with multimedia and graphical capabilities that are powered by 400 MHz GPU. All the 3 tablets have a 7-inch touchscreen display and are packed with features, Android O.S and are available at an affordable price. Micromax has launched the budget category new tablet Funbook Infinity P275. The infinity is priced at Rs. 6999. At the first look it may look like one of the low cost tablets available in the market. Actually it’s not. The Funbook has enough features which make it very competitive.

Operating System: It comes with the latest Android OS, 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich. At this price it’s really awesome. Most of the tablets in this range are still providing the 3.2.5 Gingerbread.

Karbonn is an Indian manufacturer that has declared the introduction of a new smartphone that will be incorporating dual-SIM in India.

This smartphone is being called Karbonn Smart A18 and will be available with a price tag of Rs. 12,990.

The key feature of this smartphone is its Android O.S. This smartphone is equipped with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Other key features include 1 GHz processor, 4.3-in IPS display screen, and 1500 mAh battery. This smartphone is also packed with 5 megapixel camera at the rear, dual-SIM connectivity, Wi-Fi and 1.3 megapixel camera at the front. The Karbonn Smart A18 also has expandable storage capacity up to 32 GB.

This smartphone will be a competition to Micromax’s recent offering A90 Superfone Pixel smartphone that has the same price and features.

HCL unleashes HCL Ultrasmart ME series

One of India’s prominent hardware company HCL Infosystems recently unveiled their first HCL ‘Ultrasmart ME UltrabookTM’ that is called the ‘HCL Ultrasmart ME Series 3074’.

The company revealed some of its key features in the press release. The HCL Ultrabook generates its power by Intel 3rd Gen i3 Core processor that allows super-responsive auto-resume taking less than five seconds.

This Ultrabook weighs 1.7 kg only and therefore is very light. It has a 14-in WXGA display that is LED Backlit. It provides a 1366 x 768 HD resolution that provides great graphics and media performance. It is available in a bright metallic grey finish that also features a 2x2W innovative sound system and also a multi-gesture touchpad that is built-in.

Other than its Intel processor it packs in Windows 7 Home Premium /Basic and also Professional for enterprises. HP Spectre One computers in detail

HP has announced the launch of its thinnest All-in-One Desktop, The Spectre One. It will have Microsoft’s latest operating system Windows 8.

Spectre One is a 23.6 inched desktop which an overall thickness of 11.5mm. The lack of a touch screen is made up by the wireless track pad which delicately executes all the features of Windows 8.

Notable features of the device are:

Processor: it will be powered by Ivy Bridge processors

RAM: it comes with a huge 6 GB RAM.

HDD: The secondary memory has a space of 750 GB or 1TB

Graphics card: Spectre One will also accommodate a 1GB Nvidia graphics card.

Software: It will come with Adobe Photoshop suit bundled with other Premiere Elements software.

It also includes Beats Audio and HP TrueVision camera.

Another important feature of the desktop is also NFC enabled which makes it possible to work with devices enabled with NFC.

So after configuring the bundled apps, users can automatically log into Windows 8 automatically by tapping a NFC enabled phone to the base.

The AiO is expected to arrive at the US markets on November 14. The price tag is supposed to be around $1299(approximately Rs 72,900 INR).  Its availability in India, till now has not been confirmed.
